CHIMERA / TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing ChimeraMind, creating an account, downloading the desktop app, or purchasing a plan through Whop, you agree to these Terms and any order, plan, or policy linked from the checkout flow. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, devices, exchange accounts, API keys, tax treatment, and compliance with laws that apply to you. You must not use ChimeraMind if your jurisdiction, exchange terms, employer rules, sanctions status, or local law prohibits your intended use.

3. License and Acceptable Use

ChimeraMind grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the website, API, and desktop software for your own trading research and account operations. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense the platform.
  • Bypass rate limits, auth controls, tier gates, or safety systems.
  • Use the service to violate exchange rules, sanctions, market abuse laws, or third-party rights.
  • Share account access, tokens, or developer API keys with unauthorized users.
  • Submit malware, credential dumps, or abusive automated traffic.

4. Trading and Financial Responsibility

ChimeraMind provides software, analytics, automation tooling, and educational information. ChimeraMind is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Nothing on the platform is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

You decide whether to connect an exchange, enable paper or live trading, follow a signal, place an order, or use leverage. You are responsible for losses, liquidation, fees, slippage, tax reporting, and regulatory obligations.

5. API Keys and Exchange Permissions

Use the narrowest exchange API permissions available. Do not provide withdrawal permissions. Web developer API keys are read-only and cannot manage exchange credentials or execute trades. Exchange credentials are managed in the desktop app where local OS keyring storage is available.

6. Paper Trading and Models

Paper trading, backtests, simulations, model scores, and AI outputs are estimates. They may omit liquidity, market impact, exchange downtime, behavioral pressure, fees, tax effects, and latency. Past performance and simulated results do not guarantee future results.

7. Billing, Refunds, and Whop

Paid access is processed through Whop. Plan pricing, renewal timing, processor fees, cancellations, and refund eligibility are described at checkout and in the Refund Policy. If Whop account, payment, or membership data conflicts with ChimeraMind display data, Whop membership status controls billing access until corrected.

8. Availability and Changes

The service may change as exchanges, data providers, laws, infrastructure, and product requirements change. We may suspend accounts, keys, features, or traffic that create security, legal, abuse, or operational risk.

9. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChimeraMind disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and trading outcome.

10. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law applicable to the ChimeraMind contracting entity and purchase flow. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and financial-market rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
